The apartment complex Las Milanas in Port Andratx is located in the bay of Cala Moragues in the southwest of the island Mallorca. The buildings have been designed in a modern Mediterranean style and have a western orientation. The village of Puerto de Andratx is famous for its large natural harbour and exclusive residential areas with excellent sea views.
The buildings of the residential complex are built on a steep slope so that almost all apartments offer sea views. The first construction phase of the complex was already completed in 2009. Currently the 2nd construction phase of the Las Milanas apartment complex is being prepared.
From the apartment complex Las Milanas you can reach the harbour promenade of Port Andratx in 3 minutes by car, the yacht club can be reached on foot in approx. 10 minutes. To the airport and the old town of Palma de Mallorca it takes about 25-30 minutes by car. The golf course Golf d'Andratx as well as the next sandy beach are located in Camp de Mar, 5 minutes away by car.

Complex
The Las Milanas apartment complex consists of 5 buildings with a total of 23 apartments. With the exception of one block, all flats in the complex have underground parking spaces. The apartments can be reached by lift from the garage without thresholds, only the pool area is a few steps away. Most apartments offer sea views. The community pool with whirlpool area in the closed residential complex Las Milanas is one of the longest pools in Port Andratx.
Construction of the next phase has begun. The tedious excavation work for the new construction phase was completed some time ago. The first structures have already been completed, but the construction site is currently inactive. The 2nd construction phase is located next to the existing buildings and will therefore not disturb the views of the complex in the future.

In the residential complex Las Milanas in Port Andratx there are apartments with 2 or 3 bedrooms. 2 bedroom apartments are available on one level or also as a duplex apartment. In this case the bedrooms are located on the upper floor. 3 bedroom apartments always are spread over the whole floor of a building. The ground floor apartments with 2 or 3 bedrooms partly have private garden areas in addition to the covered balcony. The penthouses in Las Milanas extend over the entire upper floor. The large covered balcony of the penthouses is accessible from the bedrooms and the living area. Furthermore, each penthouse has private access to its own roof terrace.
