Complex

The Mediterranean residence La Colina del Gol" is located directly on the golf course of Camp de Mar. The complex was built between 2006 and 2010 and consists of terraced houses and some detached houses. Each house in the complex is equipped with air conditioning h/c, underfloor heating, an open fireplace as well as a spacious storage room.

The terraced houses each have a balcony, a terrace and/or roof terrace as well as a small, private garden. Furthermore, some houses in La Colina have private pools. The large community pool with a children's area is centrally located in the complex and can be used by all the owners. The houses have either garages or carports. In addition, there are some parking spaces for visitors in the complex.

House Types

Terraced houses in La Colina: The smaller terraced houses usually offer storage and technical rooms in the basement. On the ground floor, there is the living and dining area, kitchen and guest toilet. The partly covered terraces are directly accessible from the living area. On the upper floor, there are bedrooms and balconies. Additionally, some houses have small roof terraces. The large terraced houses have their bedrooms on the lower floor with access to the garden. On the ground floor, you will find the living and dining area, kitchen and guest toilet and access to balconies and large courtyard-like terraces. On the upper floor, there are partly only terraces or also additional rooms.

Detached houses: The detached houses have cellars and garages in the basement. The living and dining area with kitchen and guest toilet are on the ground floor as well as bedrooms on the upper floor. Additionally, either a roof terrace or further living space in the attic.
