The apartment complex Los Pampanos in Nova Santa Ponsa consists of 6 buildings with a total of 57 apartments. Some blocks have underground car parks with parking spaces and storage rooms for many of the apartments. The apartments are accessible by elevator from the garages barrier-free. The gardens and the pool area are particularly generous. On the pool terrace, there is an imposing pavilion with seating, a bar and a barbecue area. There are a large community pool and a children's pool with a waterfall for all the residents. The magnificent subtropical-grown gardens are absolutely unique. The Los Pampanos complex was built in 1993, but the community was completely renovated in 2004 and it is being maintained perfectly.
