This sophisticated restaurant in the El Llorenç Parc de la Mar hotel, just five minutes from Palma Cathedral, is known for its reinterpretation of traditional Mallorcan cuisine. Chef Santi Taura personally serves an exquisite tasting menu from Tuesday to Saturday evenings and also on Saturday lunchtime.
