Nova Santa Ponsa is situated in the southwest of the island Mallorca and offers besides its beaches a total of four golf courses nearby. The villas and apartments in Santa Ponsa characterize this preferred residential area. The Santa Ponsa Country Club is a well-known meeting point for athletes and wellness fans in Mallorca. Santa Ponsa has two ports, including Port Adriano designed by Philippe Stark, with restaurants and boutiques. Palma de Mallorca and Palma airport can be reached by car in about 15 minutes.
The region of Santa Ponsa is located in the municipality of Calvia in the southwest of Mallorca. The actual town of Santa Ponsa is located directly on a bay with a large sandy beach. All shops, doctors, banks and supermarkets can be found here. Between Santa Ponsa and El Toro with the new marina "Port Adriano" there are some golf courses and newer urbanisations, which are summarized under the term "Nova Santa Ponsa". Santa Ponsa flows westwards into the urbanisation Costa de La Calma.
